This renovation transformed a flood-damaged basement into a stunning modern oasis. Brought on by Euoi Studio after their first contractor was unable to meet the level of detail required, Quantum Construction took on the challenge of delivering a space that exceeded expectations. The bathroom offers a freestanding tub, walk-in shower, and terrazzo tile floor, creating a serene retreat. The basement entertainment space encourages relaxation with custom shelving, a wet bar, and cozy seating. Bold, playful elements, like the children’s playroom with its vibrant yellow accent wall and ample storage, spark creativity. Cedar paneling and a minimalist design enhance the hallway, making it warm and inviting while offering a welcoming path for guests. Every detail reflects the power of thoughtful design and meticulous craftsmanship, resulting in a home that is both beautiful and functional.
