Kirk Stockner, Principal
Kirk Stockner has construction in his bones. He began his career swinging a hammer alongside Quantum founder Steve Ladner in 1989 and has been building upward ever since — literally and figuratively. In his 35+ years in the trade, he’s done it all: from digging trenches in torrential downpours to seeing his builds grace the covers of multiple magazines and earn a feature in Fine Home Building magazine. There’s no corner of this craft he hasn’t mastered.
What sets Kirk apart is a rare combination of builder and designer in a single person. Clients consistently point to his exceptional design eye and his meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship — qualities that are woven into every project Quantum delivers.
When he’s not on a job site, Kirk is at home in East Van with his family, or recharging at their cabin on Gambier Island.
